Emirates National Oil Company Ltd. (ENOC) has launched the Code of Business Conduct (COBC) reflecting on its commitment to uphold the highest ethical values for its being The Way We Lead. The Code sets the roadmap for every employee. It provides a clear insight and understanding of the basic expected conduct from employees.
ENOC Ethics Hotline allows employees to report unethical conduct or violations of the Code in an easy and confidential manner supporting our efforts to foster a positive work culture and environment. All reported cases are treated with utmost confidentiality and presented to the Business Ethics Committee to approve commencing investigation and to approve disciplinary actions.
ENOC has a non-retaliation policy to protect employees who report misconduct in good faith. Employees will be protected from retaliation and the person responsible for the retaliation act will be subject to disciplinary action.
ENOC Ethics Hotline is managed by third party provider (Ethicontrol) to provide comfort to the Reporter that his/her identity will remain confidential.
In situations where you may not prefer to use ENOC Ethics Hotline, hosted by a third party hotline provider, Ethicontrol. You may submit reports relating to violations of COBC, as well as asking for guidance related to compliance or ethics matters to ENOC Business Ethics & Compliance function directly via email at [email protected].
The information you provide will be handled and processed by Ethicontrol on confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose, the information will be sent to ENOC Business Ethics and Compliance in a format that will protect your confidentiality.
